Shipping and payment terms

I. For shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. Pre-payment by bank transfer
2. Cash payment on collection
3. Payment via PayPal
4. SOFORT Überweisung
5. Klarna purchase on account / hire purchase
6. Credit card
7. Giropay
8. EPS

II. For shipments outside Germany
For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. Payment in advance by bank transfer
2. Payment via PayPal

III. Detailed information on the individual payment methods

1. prepayment by bank transfer
Überüberweisen you us the invoice amount with indication of the intended purpose comfortably on our bank account within 14 days. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during order processing.

2. Cash payment on collection
You collect the goods from us yourself and pay in cash on site. We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address:

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

3. Payment via PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:

1. Choose „PayPal“ as your payment method at the checkout.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, it is not necessary to set up a PayPal account.

„Sofortüberweisung - Simple and direct payment.
"Sofort." is the direct transfer method of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration - now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after completing the transfer. This allows him to send stock items and digital goods immediately - so you receive your purchases faster.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Purchase by instalments : With the Klarna financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise stated in the checkout. Payment by instalments is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent a monthly invoice. • Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

The use of the payment methods invoice, hire purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
